Chatter Ticket Policies
There are no refunds or exchanges
All sales are final unless a performance is canceled. Performers and programming subject to change.
No Tickets to Lose
You will not receive a physical ticket; you simply check in at the door where your name(s) will be on the list. You will receive an email when your order is complete. Plus, you can always log into your Chatter account (see below) to check your order history.
General Admission
We open the doors about an hour before starting time; you’re welcome to come early to claim any available seat.
Discounts
If you have purchased an Under-30 ticket, you will be asked to show your ID at the door.
Box Office Hours
We staff our Help Desk before and after all performances to answer your questions. There are no other box office hours.
FREQpoints
Chatter offers rewards for FREQuent attendance. You accumulate 1 point for each $1 spent. These points have no cash value and are redeemable only toward future ticket purchases. For example, 170 points equals a $17 savings at check-out. Chatter reserves the right to modify this program from time to time.
Setting up your Account
At check-out, you’ll be offered the opportunity to Create an account. This will streamline future purchases . . . and it is the only place where your points will accumulate.
Accessibility
All performances are in settings that are wheelchair accessible.

Privacy Policy
Security
Ensemble Music New Mexico makes every effort to ensure the security of our systems. Donations and payments made by credit card are processed by our third-party payment processors, Stripe and/or Paypal, and are secured to PCI standards. Ensemble Music New Mexico does not store your credit card information on our servers.

Ensemble Music New Mexico collects personal information about patrons and users of the web site in order to provide services to its patrons. Only authorized employees and volunteers will have access to this information. Use of this information is limited to the minimum that is required to provide patrons with superior service, which includes informing them about performances, events and opportunities, and to fulfill ticket orders. Ensemble Music New Mexico does not sell or rent any personal information we collect; however, from time to time we may share our mailing list with other non-profit organizations for mutually beneficial programs.
